Responsibility
- Process and verify invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Prepare and execute payment runs, including wire transfers and checks.
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and support month-end closing activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve payment-related inquiries and issues.
- Monitor aging reports and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Assist in audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
- Stay updated on accounting best practices and regulatory changes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts payable or general accounting.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote night shift environment.
- Familiarity with international payment processing is a plus.
- Certification in accounting (e.g., CPA) is an advantage.
