Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end accounts payable and receivable functions for specialist clinics.
- Execute daily financial transactions, including verifying invoices and preparing payment vouchers.
- Support the month-end closing process, ensuring accurate accruals and timely reconciliations.
- Liaise with clinic managers to resolve billing discrepancies and provide financial reporting insights.
- Assist in the implementation of new financial systems and upgraded operational workflows.
- Maintain compliance with internal controls, corporate policies, and statutory financial regulations.
- Conduct periodic audits of clinic petty cash and ensure documentation standards are met.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (ACCA/CA/CPA progress is a plus).
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in an accounting or finance-related role, preferably in a healthcare or clinic setting.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Xero) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to navigate complex financial data accurately.
- Proven ability to adapt to new digital tools and automated financial systems.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Highly organized, with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
