Responsibility

  • Manage end-to-end accounts payable and receivable functions for specialist clinics.
  • Execute daily financial transactions, including verifying invoices and preparing payment vouchers.
  • Support the month-end closing process, ensuring accurate accruals and timely reconciliations.
  • Liaise with clinic managers to resolve billing discrepancies and provide financial reporting insights.
  • Assist in the implementation of new financial systems and upgraded operational workflows.
  • Maintain compliance with internal controls, corporate policies, and statutory financial regulations.
  • Conduct periodic audits of clinic petty cash and ensure documentation standards are met.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (ACCA/CA/CPA progress is a plus).
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in an accounting or finance-related role, preferably in a healthcare or clinic setting.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Xero) and advanced MS Excel skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to navigate complex financial data accurately.
  • Proven ability to adapt to new digital tools and automated financial systems.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Highly organized, with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
