Responsibility
- Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Process and verify invoices, expense reports, and vendor payments with meticulous attention to detail.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in compliance with local regulations and company policies.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports for management review.
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure all transactions are properly documented and classified.
- Assist in budget preparation, forecasting, and financial analysis to support business decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless financial operations and reporting.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial workflows.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is a plus.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in the hospitality or F&B industry.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of GAAP, tax regulations, and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
- Fluent in English; additional proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
