Responsibility
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, reports, and statements in compliance with local regulations and company policies.
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure timely processing of payments to vendors, contractors, and employees.
- Assist in budget preparation, financial forecasting, and variance analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with project managers to track project expenses, ensuring alignment with budgetary constraints.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with financial laws and standards.
- Monitor cash flow and optimize financial processes to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management to drive business growth and profitability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or financial management, preferably in the architecture, construction, or real estate industry.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian financial regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
