Responsibility
- Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) processes, including invoicing, collections, and payment reconciliations.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial records.
- Monitor aging reports and follow up on overdue payments to minimize outstanding receivables.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies and ensure timely resolution.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports to support decision-making and compliance.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes, including journal entries and accruals.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of accounting standards and tax regulations.
- Support audit processes by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, reconciliation, or general accounting.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or SAP) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and financial reporting standards is a plus.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage.
