Responsibility
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers, journals, and reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes to support financial planning and decision-making.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of accounts payable and receivable transactions.
- Conduct regular audits to verify the accuracy of financial data and identify discrepancies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support business operations.
- Stay updated with changes in financial regulations and ensure compliance with local and international standards.
- Support tax preparation and filing processes, working closely with external auditors and tax advisors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or financial roles.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present financial information clearly.
- Certification such as ACCA, CPA, or equivalent is a plus.
