Responsibility
- Manage day-to-day accounting tasks, including invoicing, payments, and financial record-keeping.
- Assist in preparing financial reports and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
- Handle administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and office organization.
- Conduct regular stock checks and assist in inventory management.
- Engage with customers via phone, email, and in-person to address inquiries and process orders.
- Support sales activities by maintaining customer records and following up on leads.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets and improve customer satisfaction.
- Work on Saturdays as required to meet business needs.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in accounting or sales roles, preferably in a similar industry.
