Responsibility
- Manage accounts receivable processes, including invoicing, credit applications, and payment follow-ups.
- Prepare and submit credit applications for new and existing clients, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Monitor outstanding accounts and follow up with clients to ensure timely payments.
- Reconcile bank statements and financial records to maintain accurate accounting data.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and statements.
- Collaborate with the finance team to improve credit control procedures and reduce outstanding debts.
- Handle customer inquiries related to billing and payments with professionalism and efficiency.
- Support the month-end and year-end closing processes as required.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in accounts receivable, credit control, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of credit control processes and financial reporting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Indonesian financial regulations and tax compliance is a plus.
