Responsibility
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including invoices, receipts, and expense reports.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and reports for management review.
- Coordinate administrative tasks such as document filing, correspondence, and office supplies management.
- Support property development projects by tracking budgets, expenses, and financial performance.
- Liaise with external stakeholders, including vendors, clients, and regulatory bodies, to ensure smooth operations.
- Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems for easy retrieval of documents.
- Assist in payroll processing and ensure compliance with local tax and labor regulations.
- Provide general office support, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling communications.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelorâs degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts, finance, or administrative roles, preferably in property development or construction.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong numerical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage financial data accurately.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining productivity and collaboration.
- Familiarity with Indonesian tax regulations and labor laws is a plus.
