Responsibility
- Manage daily accounts-related documentation and ensure accuracy.
- Perform sales reconciliation and maintain payment records.
- Process staff claims and reimbursements in a timely manner.
- Handle filing and office administration tasks efficiently.
- Assist in preparing financial reports and statements.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth administrative operations.
- Maintain office supplies and manage inventory.
- Support HR functions, including employee records and documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts and administration.
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of local financial regulations is a plus.
