Responsibility
- Supervise and lead a team of accounting professionals to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with local regulations and international standards.
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger functions to maintain financial accuracy.
- Develop and implement accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls to enhance operational efficiency and mitigate risks.
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants to facilitate smooth audits and tax filings.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost optimization.
- Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to senior management to support business decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax laws, GAAP, and other regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an accounting supervisory or managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws, GAAP, and financial reporting standards.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Xero) and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to mentor and develop a team.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in financial data analysis and reporting.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is highly desirable.
