Location: Hybrid/On-Site in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung.
Responsibility
- Supervise and manage all accounting functions, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes, including reconciliations, journal entries, and financial statement preparation.
- Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards (e.g., IFRS, GAAP) and company policies.
- Develop and implement accounting procedures and internal controls to enhance efficiency and mitigate risks.
- Collaborate with auditors during internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and support.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost optimization or revenue enhancement.
- Lead and mentor a team of accounting professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
- Support management with financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting to drive informed business decisions.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial reporting standards (IFRS/GAAP).
- Proficient in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
- Experience working in a multinational company or manufacturing environment is highly desirable.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage.
