Responsibility
- Oversee the accounts receivable process, ensuring timely and accurate billing and collections.
- Lead and mentor a team of AR specialists to achieve performance targets and maintain high standards.
- Reconcile receivable accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize cash flow and reduce outstanding receivables.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes and reporting.
- Prepare and present financial reports related to accounts receivable to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to facilitate smooth payment processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounts receivable, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and reconciliation processes.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze financial data and provide actionable insights.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and efficiency.
- Experience in the hospitality or service industry is a plus.
