Responsibility
- Supervise and mentor the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and company financial policies.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors to facilitate smooth audit processes.
- Implement and improve financial controls to mitigate risks and enhance efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Provide financial analysis and insights to senior management for strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and financial reporting standards.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, or similar).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and verbal).
- Certification (e.g., CPA, CA) is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
