Responsibility
- Perform day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, including data entry and ledger maintenance.
- Prepare and process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and budget tracking.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions to ensure financial accuracy.
- Handle tax filings, including preparation of relevant government-mandated documents (BIR, etc.).
- Support the finance team during internal and external audits.
- Monitor office expenses and maintain petty cash records.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Financial Management, or any related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in general accounting or bookkeeping.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and MS Excel.
- Strong understanding of Philippine taxation and financial reporting standards.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work independently or in a team.
- Must be willing to work on-site in San Roque, Cebu.
