Responsibility
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations for retail and e-commerce transactions.
- Perform reconciliation of marketplace transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Utilize Accurate software for financial recording, reporting, and analysis.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Support audit processes by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
- Stay updated with industry trends and regulatory changes affecting financial operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail or e-commerce accounting.
- Proven experience in handling marketplace transactions and reconciliations.
- Proficiency in Accurate accounting software.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
