Responsibility
- Examine, verify, and control cost claims, returns, and tax invoices in accordance with company SOPs.
- Prepare and maintain accurate journals and financial reports for monthly and annual closings.
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and company policies in all financial transactions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes by providing timely financial data.
- Maintain organized financial records and documentation for audits and reviews.
- Process vendor payments and employee reimbursements with precision and efficiency.
- Support the finance team in ad-hoc reporting and analysis as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian tax laws and financial regulations.
- Excellent analytical skills with a high level of accuracy in data entry and reporting.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Certification in accounting (e.g., Brevet A/B) is a plus.
