Responsibility
- Perform day-to-day financial transactions and maintain accurate accounting records.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely collection and settlement.
- Conduct bank reconciliations and verify discrepancies in financial data.
- Assist in the preparation of BIR tax filings and other regulatory requirements.
- Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and data.
- Ensure compliance with company financial policies and standard accounting procedures.
- Assist the finance team in daily administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial standards.
- High proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and basic accounting software.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
