Responsibility
- Monitor and manage open payable vouchers to ensure timely and accurate processing.
- Prepare and maintain reconciliation schedules for all payable-related accounts.
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve discrepancies and ensure financial accuracy.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements.
- Maintain up-to-date records of financial transactions and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Assist in audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
- Continuously improve accounting processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or a similar role.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Certification in accounting (e.g., CPA) is a plus.
