Responsibility
- Maintain daily financial records, including income and expense tracking.
- Prepare and file monthly tax reports using Coretax or similar software.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants to ensure financial accuracy.
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting.
- Generate financial reports for management review.
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and accounting standards.
- Support audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Coretax, QuickBooks, or similar).
- Strong understanding of Indonesian tax laws and financial regulations.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
