Responsibility
- Financial Oversight: Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll processing.
- Strategic Reporting: Develop and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP/IFRS.
- Process Optimization: Identify and implement technical improvements to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and scalability of financial systems.
- Budget & Forecasting: Lead budget preparation, variance analysis, and financial forecasting to support data-driven decision-making.
- Team Leadership: Mentor, train, and supervise accounting staff, fostering professional growth and operational excellence.
- Compliance & Audit: Ensure adherence to local tax regulations, internal controls, and audit requirements; liaise with external auditors.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to align financial strategies with business objectives.
- Risk Management: Assess financial risks and propose mitigation strategies to safeguard company assets.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in accounting management, with proven leadership in financial reporting and team supervision.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel; experience with financial software tools.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Deep understanding of Indonesian tax laws, GAAP, and IFRS standards.
- Analytical Abilities: Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on data accuracy and process improvement.
