Responsibility
- Oversee daily financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with local and international standards.
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans to support business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations, financial policies, and internal controls.
- Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of accuracy, efficiency, and professional growth.
- Collaborate with senior management to provide financial insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making.
- Monitor cash flow, manage banking relationships, and optimize financial performance.
- Implement and maintain financial software and systems to streamline processes and improve accuracy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or finance, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel.
