Responsibility
- Lead and manage the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with local and international standards.
- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to safeguard company assets.
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting to support strategic decision-making.
- Analyze financial data and provide insights to senior management for business growth and cost optimization.
- Manage payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate payment to employees.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement in financial operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Proven experience of at least 5 years in an accounting management role, preferably in the entertainment or corporate sector.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and tax laws in the Philippines and Indonesia.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to mentor and develop staff.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
