Responsibility
- Assist in managing accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate transactions.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities, including reconciliations and financial reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.
- Maintain and update financial records, ensuring compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance the effectiveness of the Shared Service Center.
- Assist in preparing financial documents, reports, and presentations for internal stakeholders.
- Conduct data entry and verification tasks with a high degree of accuracy.
- Support ad-hoc financial analysis and projects as assigned by the finance team.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting software is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
