Responsibility
- Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in compliance with local regulations and company policies.
- Assist in payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate salary disbursements and tax filings.
- Conduct internal audits to verify financial data integrity and identify areas for process improvement.
- Manage HR administrative tasks, including employee onboarding, offboarding, and record-keeping.
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants to facilitate smooth audits and compliance checks.
- Develop and implement efficient accounting and HR procedures to streamline workflows.
- Provide financial insights and support to management for strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting and HR administration, preferably in a manufacturing or corporate setting.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Zoho, or similar) and MS Office (Excel, Word).
- Strong understanding of Indonesian tax laws, labor regulations, and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in financial data management.
- Effective communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
