Responsibility
- Process loan applications and disbursements accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain and update financial records, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Reconcile bank statements and financial transactions on a regular basis.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients regarding loan inquiries and financial transactions.
- Collaborate with the finance team to improve financial processes and procedures.
- Ensure timely and accurate posting of journal entries.
- Assist in audits and financial reviews as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in accounting or loan processing roles.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with Indonesian financial regulations is a plus.
