Responsibility
- Perform daily bookkeeping functions, including general ledger maintenance and journal entry preparation.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes to ensure timely payments and collections.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions with precision.
- Support the preparation of tax filings and ensure compliance with local BIR regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to track project budgets and expenses.
- Monitor and update financial records to maintain audit readiness at all times.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; 1-2 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze complex financial data.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
