Responsibility
- Assist in the preparation and processing of financial statements, invoices, and expense reports.
- Perform daily bookkeeping tasks, including data entry, reconciliations, and journal entries.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable, ensuring all transactions are recorded and processed efficiently.
- Collaborate with the finance team to maintain organized and up-to-date financial records.
- Assist in audits by providing necessary documentation and clarifications.
- Prepare and distribute financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in accounting or a similar role (fresh graduates with strong academic backgrounds are encouraged to apply).
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data management.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to meet deadlines.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
- Knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and GAAP is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
