In this role, you will be the backbone of our financial operations, ensuring that our daily accounting tasks, financial reporting, and payroll processes are executed with precision and integrity.

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in bookkeeping, a deep understanding of local tax regulations, and hands-on experience in managing end-to-end payroll processes. You will work closely with the finance department to streamline workflows, maintain accurate records, and contribute to the overall financial health of the company. Responsibility

  • Process end-to-end payroll for employees, ensuring accuracy and timely distribution.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, including monitoring invoices and processing payments.
  • Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Ensure full compliance with BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG statutory requirements.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and maintain general ledger accuracy.
  • Assist in the preparation of tax returns and other government regulatory filings.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Maintain well-organized financial documentation and filing systems.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Financial Management, or a related field.
  • At least 2-3 years of proven experience in an accounting or payroll function.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or SAP) and MS Excel.
  • Solid understanding of Philippine tax laws and labor regulations.
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
