Responsibility
- Process and monitor daily disbursements, receipts, and financial transactions accurately.
- Assist in preparing and reconciling bank statements and general ledger accounts.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
- Maintain organized financial records and documentation for audit purposes.
- Collaborate with internal departments to verify and resolve discrepancies in financial data.
- Generate financial reports and summaries for management review.
- Assist in payroll processing and vendor payment coordination.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, tax regulations, and financial controls.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Familiarity with Indonesian tax regulations and financial reporting standards is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
