Responsibility
- Manage the end-to-end Accounts Receivable process, including invoice generation and distribution.
- Monitor and track customer payments, ensuring all transactions are recorded accurately in the accounting system.
- Proactively follow up on overdue accounts and manage collection activities to maintain healthy cash flow.
- Reconcile AR sub-ledgers against the general ledger on a monthly basis.
- Prepare detailed aging reports and present financial summaries to the finance manager.
- Resolve billing discrepancies or client inquiries regarding account status with high professionalism.
- Assist in month-end closing activities and external audit preparations as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in accounting, specifically within an Accounts Receivable or billing capacity.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar ERP systems) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical skills with a sharp eye for identifying numerical discrepancies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective stakeholder management.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of integrity and commitment to maintaining financial confidentiality.
