Responsibility
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Ensure accurate and timely filing of tax returns (BIR) and other statutory requirements.
- Perform bank reconciliations and manage general ledger entries.
- Assist in the preparation of payroll and related statutory benefits processing.
- Maintain organized and audit-ready accounting records for outsourcing clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client accounting discrepancies.
- Keep updated with current tax regulations and accounting standards (PFRS).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Management Accounting, or Finance.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; CPA license is a plus but not required.
- Strong understanding of Philippine taxation, bookkeeping, and accounting principles.
- Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, or SAP).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain financial data clearly.
- Highly organized, analytical, and capable of meeting strict deadlines.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a collaborative team environment.
