Responsibility
- Conduct financial analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, to support project-based initiatives.
- Prepare and present financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and provide insights for decision-making.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of financial models to evaluate project performance.
- Monitor and analyze financial trends, identifying risks and opportunities for improvement.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Assist in audits and compliance checks, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting as needed for project stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in financial software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Excel) and strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain financial data to non-financial stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.
- Knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and tax regulations is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
