Responsibility
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records in compliance with US GAAP and international accounting standards.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
- Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support business decision-making.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of accounts payable and receivable.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial audits and compliance checks.
- Monitor financial transactions and reconcile discrepancies.
- Support tax preparation and filing processes in coordination with external auditors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles, preferably with exposure to US GAAP.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of financial principles, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication skills and fluency in English.
- Certification such as CPA or ACCA is a plus.
