Responsibility
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers, journals, and general ledger accounts.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and budgets to support business decisions.
- Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Conduct bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Monitor compliance with local and international financial regulations.
- Assist in tax filings, audits, and financial forecasting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or financial roles.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP).
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
- Certification (e.g., CPA) is a plus but not required.
- Familiarity with tax regulations and compliance requirements.
