Responsibility
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers, journals, and financial statements.
- Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards, tax regulations, and financial reporting requirements.
- Conduct internal audits to verify the accuracy of financial data and identify areas for improvement.
- Assist in strategic financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to support business growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and recommendations.
- Manage payroll processing, tax filings, and other statutory obligations.
- Monitor cash flow, expenditures, and financial performance to ensure operational efficiency.
- Prepare detailed financial reports for management and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, auditing, or financial management.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and financial regulations.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Certification such as CPA or equivalent is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
