Responsibility
- Manage and reconcile financial accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to support business decision-making.
- Liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients to address financial inquiries and provide exceptional service.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline accounting processes and improve efficiency.
- Assist in audits and tax preparations, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
- Monitor financial transactions and identify discrepancies for resolution.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of accounting principles and industry best practices.
- Support the finance team in ad-hoc projects and initiatives as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2–3 years of working experience in the accounting field.
- Fluency in Mandarin and English, both written and verbal.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of local and international accounting standards is a plus.
