Responsibility
- Process and reconcile incoming payments from clients in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all invoices and financial transactions.
- Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on overdue payments.
- Prepare and send monthly statements and payment reminders to clients.
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Generate financial reports and analyses as required by management.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries related to billing and payments.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in accounts receivable or a similar role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with logistics or supply chain industries is a plus.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage.
