Inter Equip Supplies Indonesia is seeking a skilled 3D Modeller (CAD & Revit) to join our growing team in Jakarta Pusat. We specialize in BMU (Building Maintenance Unit) gondola solutions and are looking for a technical expert who can translate complex structural requirements into precise 3D models.
In this role, you will play a critical part in our engineering pipeline, ensuring that our Building Maintenance Units are designed with safety, efficiency, and structural integrity in mind. You will work closely with our engineering and installation teams to deliver high-quality technical documentation and 3D visualizations that drive our projects from concept to final installation. Responsibility
- Develop detailed 3D models and technical drawings for BMU (Building Maintenance Unit) systems using CAD and Revit software.
- Collaborate with project engineers to ensure designs comply with safety regulations and structural requirements.
- Prepare accurate Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and technical documentation for manufacturing and installation teams.
- Review architectural drawings to integrate gondola systems into building facades seamlessly.
- Perform revisions and updates to existing CAD/Revit files based on site measurements and field feedback.
- Maintain high accuracy in spatial modeling to prevent installation conflicts on-site.
- Participate in technical coordination meetings to provide design solutions for complex projects.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proven professional experience in 3D modeling, specifically using Revit and AutoCAD.
- Strong understanding of structural design principles, preferably in the construction or façade equipment industry.
- Ability to read and interpret complex architectural and mechanical blueprints.
- Must reside within or be willing to relocate to the Jabodetabek area (please note that no dormitory/mess is provided).
- Proficient in MS Office suite for reporting and administrative documentation.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving and technical challenges.
