Responsibility
- Manage and maintain the overall technical health, security, and performance of company websites (e.g., WordPress, custom CMS).
- Conduct comprehensive SEO audits, keyword research, and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Implement on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and organic traffic.
- Monitor website analytics, traffic, and SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and other SEO platforms.
- Troubleshoot website issues, implement bug fixes, and ensure optimal uptime and seamless user experience.
- Collaborate with content creators and marketing teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into all digital content and campaigns.
- Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and web technologies to ensure continuous improvement.
- Implement and manage website backups, updates, and security protocols to protect data integrity and prevent vulnerabilities.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (3+ years) as a Website IT Specialist, SEO Specialist, or a similar blended role.
- Strong understanding of website architecture, CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress), HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript.
- Demonstrable experience with leading SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz).
- In-depth knowledge of current SEO best practices, algorithm updates, and key ranking factors.
- Proficiency in conducting keyword research, on-page optimization, link building, and technical SEO.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to troubleshoot website issues, resolve technical problems, and implement effective solutions efficiently.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a significant advantage.
