Responsibility
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise.
- Load and unload delivery trucks, verify shipment contents, and ensure accurate documentation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free warehouse environment in compliance with safety regulations.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and assist in cycle counting to maintain stock accuracy.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity and efficiency targets.
- Perform basic maintenance checks on forklifts and report any mechanical issues.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for material handling and storage.
Qualifications
- Valid forklift operator’s license (mandatory).
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in warehouse operations or a similar role.
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 25 kg) as needed.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
- Good communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or overtime, if required.
