Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive vehicle inspections to identify mechanical and electrical issues.
- Perform routine maintenance, including oil changes, brake repairs, and fluid checks, in accordance with manufacturer specifications.
- Diagnose complex engine, transmission, and suspension faults using diagnostic tools.
- Execute precise repairs and part replacements to ensure vehicle safety and performance.
- Maintain detailed records of service history and repairs completed for every vehicle.
- Ensure the workshop remains clean, organized, and compliant with all health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with service advisors to communicate repair status and estimated completion times to clients.
Qualifications
- Possess a Nitec or Diploma in Automotive Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician or Auto Mechanic.
- Strong understanding of automotive systems, including engine management, electrical, and braking systems.
- Proficiency in using modern diagnostic equipment and handheld tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet service deadlines.
- A valid driving license is highly preferred.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and quality standards.
