Join Infomedia Nusantara as a UX Researcher and play a pivotal role in shaping user experiences through data-driven insights. Based in the vibrant hubs of Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung), you will conduct in-depth research to understand customer behaviors, pain points, and preferences. Your work will directly influence product development, marketing strategies, and customer engagement initiatives.

Responsibility
- Design and execute qualitative and quantitative research studies, including surveys, interviews, and usability testing.
- Analyze customer feedback and behavioral data to identify trends, pain points, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, design, marketing) to translate research insights into actionable recommendations.
- Develop research frameworks and methodologies tailored to project goals and target audiences.
- Present findings to stakeholders through clear, compelling reports and presentations.
- Monitor industry trends and competitive landscapes to inform strategic decisions.
- Advocate for user needs and ensure research insights are integrated into product roadmaps.
- Maintain ethical standards in data collection and participant engagement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology, Human-Computer Interaction, Design Research, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in UX research, market research, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in research tools (e.g., UserTesting, SurveyMonkey, Miro) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Hotjar).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills to articulate research findings to non-technical audiences.
- Experience with remote research methodologies and tools for distributed teams.
- Familiarity with Bali’s digital landscape or Southeast Asian markets is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian (Bahasa) is required.
