Responsibility
- Assist in maintaining accurate financial records for US-based clients.
- Perform data entry, invoicing, and reconciliation tasks.
- Prepare and process financial documents, such as expense reports and ledgers.
- Support month-end and year-end closing procedures.
- Communicate with US clients and internal teams to resolve discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with US accounting standards and company policies.
- Assist in generating financial reports and analyses.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of financial data.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
- Familiarity with US accounting principles and practices.
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
