Responsibility
- Coordinate and support cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of transformation projects, aligning with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
- Track project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to keep initiatives on track and within scope.
- Assist in the design and implementation of process improvements, leveraging best practices in digital transformation and operational efficiency.
- Facilitate communication between project teams, leadership, and external partners to ensure clarity and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare and present regular project updates, reports, and insights to stakeholders, highlighting key milestones, challenges, and opportunities.
- Collaborate with business analysts and subject matter experts to gather requirements, define project scopes, and develop actionable roadmaps.
- Support change management initiatives by assisting in training, documentation, and adoption strategies for new processes and technologies.
- Contribute to post-project evaluations, capturing lessons learned and recommending improvements for future transformation initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in project coordination, business transformation, or process improvement roles, preferably in a digital or tech-driven environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
