The Korea Creative Content Agency (KOCCA) is seeking a dynamic and experienced service provider to manage the operational execution of the KOREA 360 Project in 2026. This high-impact role involves coordinating immersive cultural and promotional initiatives to enhance Korea’s global creative presence in Indonesia.
As part of this tender, the selected vendor will play a pivotal role in delivering seamless logistical, marketing, and event management support for KOREA 360—a flagship program designed to showcase Korean creativity, technology, and tourism. The project will be based in Bali, with a focus on engaging international and local audiences through innovative experiences.
This is a contract-based opportunity for organizations with a proven track record in large-scale event operations, cross-cultural communication, and strategic partnership development. KOCCA invites qualified bidders to submit proposals that demonstrate expertise in executing high-visibility projects with precision and creativity.
Responsibility
- Develop and implement a comprehensive operational plan for the KOREA 360 Project, including logistics, vendor coordination, and risk management.
- Oversee on-site execution of events, exhibitions, and promotional activities in Bali, ensuring alignment with KOCCA’s brand and objectives.
- Manage budgets, timelines, and resource allocation to deliver the project within scope and on schedule.
- Collaborate with Korean and Indonesian stakeholders, including government agencies, cultural organizations, and media partners.
- Coordinate marketing and PR efforts to maximize visibility and engagement for KOREA 360 across digital and traditional channels.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and KOCCA’s operational guidelines.
- Provide post-event reporting, including performance metrics, audience feedback, and lessons learned for future initiatives.
- Leverage innovative technologies (e.g., VR/AR, interactive installations) to enhance the immersive experience of KOREA 360.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in event management, project operations, or cultural promotion, preferably for international clients.
- Proven track record of executing large-scale, multi-stakeholder projects in Indonesia or Southeast Asia.
- Strong network of local vendors, venues, and service providers in Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.).
- Fluency in English and Korean (preferred) or Indonesian, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Expertise in budgeting, contract negotiation, and financial reporting for high-budget projects.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and audience engagement strategies.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt to evolving project requirements.
- Prior experience with government tenders or public-sector projects is a plus.
