Responsibility
- Handle inbound and outbound calls for telecommunications services, ensuring high-quality customer interactions.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers, resolving issues efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the company’s database.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed and accurate assistance to customers.
- Meet and exceed performance metrics, including call handling time, customer satisfaction scores, and resolution rates.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge in customer service and telecommunications.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in customer service is a plus.
- Proven experience in a customer service or call center environment, preferably in the telecommunications sector.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong command of the English language.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced work environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically to resolve customer issues.
