Responsibility
- Lead and mentor a team of security systems technicians to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of CCTV, Access Control, and IDS systems.
- Coordinate with clients to assess security needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies in all technical operations.
- Conduct regular site inspections and performance evaluations of security systems.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
- Provide technical training and support to team members and clients as needed.
- Prepare detailed reports on system performance, incidents, and resolutions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in security systems, including CCTV, Access Control, and IDS.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing technical teams.
- Certification in security systems (e.g., CCTV, Access Control) is highly desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with industry standards and best practices in security systems.
