Responsibility

  • Strategic Partnership Development: Lead end-to-end sales cycles for large enterprise clients, identifying opportunities to integrate Google’s solutions into their digital roadmaps.
  • Technical Consultation: Provide expert guidance on Google Cloud, AI/ML, and workspace tools, ensuring alignment with client business objectives.
  • Solution Design: Collaborate with engineers and product teams to customize scalable, high-impact solutions for regional markets.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain C-level relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to drive adoption and retention.
  • Revenue Growth: Meet and exceed quarterly sales targets by expanding Google’s market share in Southeast Asia.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Work with marketing, legal, and support teams to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Market Insights: Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor offerings to position Google as the preferred partner.
  • Training & Enablement: Mentor junior team members and conduct workshops to empower clients with best practices.

Qualifications

  • Proven Experience: 8+ years in enterprise sales, technical consulting, or partner management, with a focus on cloud, SaaS, or digital transformation.
  • Technical Depth: Strong understanding of Google Cloud Platform (GCP), AI/ML, data analytics, or enterprise software (certifications are a plus).
  • Sales Excellence: Track record of closing high-value deals ($1M+ annually) in Southeast Asia or similar emerging markets.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in English (fluency required).
  • Strategic Mindset: Experience developing go-to-market strategies and scaling solutions across diverse industries.
  • Collaboration: Adept at working with global teams in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or related fields (MBA or advanced technical degree preferred).
  • Location Flexibility: Willingness to travel occasionally across Southeast Asia (based in Bali).
