Responsibility
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable software solutions and system architectures.
- Mentor and coach engineering teams to foster technical excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Define and enforce coding standards, best practices, and development methodologies (e.g., Agile, DevOps).
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Oversee code reviews, testing, and quality assurance processes to ensure high-performance, secure, and maintainable systems.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies to drive innovation and competitive advantage.
- Optimize system performance, scalability, and reliability through proactive monitoring and troubleshooting.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, roadmaps, and strategic technology plans.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs or Masterâs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven expertise in full-stack development (e.g., Java, Python, Node.js, React, or similar technologies).
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern DevOps practices (CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with database design (SQL/NoSQL) and system architecture (microservices, APIs).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven technical decisions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to lead teams and engage with non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools (Jira, Trello).
